SMHC is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural and contruction firms to provide professional architectural, construction management, and related services for a facilities improvement project at its Portsmouth headquarters.

The Request for Proposals are being issued in accordance with the procurement requirements of the New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority’s (CDFA) GO-NORTH Rural Community Health Infrastructure Program (RCHIP), as well as other applicable funding regulations, to ensure a fair and competitive selection process.
