COVID-19 Updates

Your health and safety is our top priority.

We have been here for you throughout the pandemic. We will never shut down care for our community. All service and operational updates as it relates to COVID-19 will be provided here.

Masks

Effective 3/31/23, masking is no longer required for all staff, patients, and visitors.

Open Access Services

Our “Open Access” (same day service) hours have a new format. Please call 603-431-6703, option 3 to speak with an Admissions Representative about our process.

In Office Services Process

Our physical offices are open for scheduled appointments! We have screening & entry processes in place, as follows.

  • All visitors/clients must enter through the side door at the top of the handicap ramp (creek-side of the building.) or the front entrance in Exeter.
  • If you drive, we ask that you call from your car to check in, if possible, to avoid standing outside in bad weather and to avoid a traffic jam.
  • If you are dropped off for your appointment, you can use the intercom at the top of the ramp for screening.
  • After being screened, you can enter when your clinician is ready to see them.
  • Please note that only the client being seen is allowed in the building (no additional family members unless pre-arranged with the clinician) One parent/guardian/caregiver is allowed in with a child if participating in the appointment.
  • All individuals entering our buildings will be asked screening questions. Please do not come to the offices if you would answer “yes” to any questions.

We are asking for your patience when you arrive. We are providing a greater amount of time between patient appointments to reduce wait times and provide more time to disinfect.
