Strategic Plan
In March, SMHC’s Board of Directors voted to approve a new strategic plan to guide the Center through 2028. The 36-month plan outlines four goal areas supported by 17 targeted action items to boost organizational capacity, improve service delivery, and enhance long-term stability.
